D-Fetch has developed a cloud-based, cost- and user-friendly solution that monitors the use of all gym equipment. It helps you quickly understand how to improve the operations of your gym, by giving the members a better experience, increase capacity, and reduce cost. We bring facts to support decisions on all levels, from top management, regional management, business development, and maintenance, to club managers and frontline staff.

In the summer of 2022, D-Fetch acquired its hardware provider, Meshtech, in order to offer end-to-end IoT capabilities to its customers. Outside of the fitness industry, the combined hardware and software/analytics capabilities of the two companies will enable expansion into existing and new areas, such as healthcare and industrial optimization.

D-Fetch has already more than 30 000 sensors deployed in seven countries - and records more than 40 million data points every day. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a new Product Manager to help us through the next exciting leg of our journey.

The position

As our Product Manager, you will be given the opportunity to combine sales, customer success, and technology with dedication and experience for gym operators, both nationally and internationally.

You will collaborate very closely with our team in a dynamical environment, as well as work with our clients in educating them about the product, troubleshooting, and receiving feedback to help improve the product. The right candidate should have a drive, be hands-on, and want for the company and product to succeed.

There will be a good support in place to help you deliver. D-Fetch is fully funded and have a strong main owner (Monte Rosa Capital), and you have great resources in place in relation to the product and its future development. It is also worth noting that among the owners, you will find several people with long experience from the fitness industry. Therefore, you can also learn about the industry if you come from a different background.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that is experienced in product management. You are motivated by success and growth. We have already a very solid team in place, and now we are looking for a person who will contribute to this even more. You should have experience with product management, customer success, sales, commercialization, and a good understanding or interest in technology. It is a plus if you have a similar role today.

• 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Customer success oriented.
• Sales and communication skills.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
• Team player and people person.
• Experience and understanding of sensor, IoT, and technology.
• Being hands-on and knowing how to think for yourself is a must.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes.
• Experience from, or interest in, the fitness and health industry.
• Bachelor or above in relevant fields. Very relevant experience for the role can compensate for the lack of formal education.

Other key tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing a close relationship and following up with our existing customers.
• Educating customers on the product, troubleshooting, as well as receiving feedback and helping improve the product.
• Being a bridge between customers and our tech team.
• Refining the core product.
