In short, Domos makes software for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that are embedded into any Customer Premises Equipment for improved network quality. By monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end latency, in real time, directly in the customers’ WiFi or Broadband connection, Domos gives ISPs access to unique insights of the user’s data-bottlenecks, enabling exclusive customer experiences as well as application integration to manage network optimization preferences. We are rapidly expanding and will be installed in 100 million homes in EU and US within 12 months

The position
Based in Oslo and reporting to the CEO, the Global Technical Account Manager will be responsible for
supporting and managing all aspects of the technical engagement with customers, prospects, and
partners.
This position will work closely with our Global Sales Manager and act as interface to our internal
product and QA teams, securing successful delivery throughout the sales and implementation cycle.
In the coming years, the right candidate will also be given the opportunity to create and lead a
growing internal account management team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all aspects of technical activities across the company while supporting our customers, prospects, and 3rd party partners in delivering commitments.
- Technical ownership of the assigned end user account(s), partners, solution positioning, proposals and presentation of Domos technology and solutions.
- Supporting the company’s efforts on strategic activities.
- Develop relevant product and solution differentiation to customers, prospects, senior management, and members of technical staff.
- Manage the qualified evaluation (PoC process) of our solutions at end user locations.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, prospects, partners, and sales colleagues.
- Provide timely and effective feedback to management and other members of the account team regarding account status, product issues, and possible improvements in our solutions and go to market approach.
- Assisting sales, partner during sales, product trials, installations, and upgrades.

Who are we looking for?
We believe you will need to have excellent presentation skills, be a great communicator, strong administrative skills as well as the ability to work with purpose and take initiative. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, results-driven, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, but rewarding global environment. You also need to already understand some or be eager to deep dive into the technical aspect of the product.

- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels internally and externally.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with ability to create and execute plans.
- Consistent in follow up and execution, internally and with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Track record of ensuring that technical knowledge is spread to salesforce and outreach channels, ensuring correct product positioning and business growth.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, training and listening skills.
- Fluent in English verbal and written. Norwegian language skills not required.
- General technical aptitude.
- A good combination of resiliency and flexibility.
- Be a driver of change.
