About the position
As a Technical Sales Engineering Manager at Bulk Data Centers, you will support the sales team in delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions for customers at a global reach. Collaborating with the sales and projects teams, you will balance Bulk's needs with customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in the Sales Team and facilitate the handover of technical solutions to the projects and operations teams.
The role can be separated into two main areas of responsibilities, including:

Customer Solutions:
- Capture customer requirements via written specifications, RFPs, and meetings.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare compliant solutions with accurate documentation for sales proposals.
- Produce or amend customer layouts or simple schematic drawings for sales proposals.
- Support internal teams in preparing quotes and solutions for customer fit-out or upgrades
- Present solutions to customers with the Sales team.
- Manage the handover of relevant documentation pre- or post-sales contracts.

Bulk Solutions
- Collaborate with Bulk DC’s technical team to develop sales enablement packs for all Data Centers, including design concepts, growth plans, performance specs, and build-out methodology
- Maintain RFP documentation for standard responses, supporting sales with technical elements, certification, and best practices validation
- Provide customer-focused input for new designs and solutions to meet market needs quickly
- Develop preferred fit-out supplier and product solutions, including service descriptions and pricing to meet Bulk operational standards.
Who are we looking for?
For this position, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, we believe you are driven, structured, and a great problem solver. You have a genuine interest in supporting clients with technical requests and possess a high degree of integrity.
To succeed in this role, we also believe you have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical sales, or related, experience
- Technical drawing experience (CAD)
- Ability to handle multiple requests and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft´s products, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of technical requests
- Data Center experience if preferred.
- Fluency in English- Scandinavian is a plus.
