Bulk has developed three data center locations with five operational data centers, seven fiber routes and have an unparalleled position in the Nordics community with a strong track record and organization that has resulted in senior relationships with all key stakeholders.

The Position: Operational Technology Manager

As Operational Technology Manager, you will optimize and improve Bulk's data center systems. You will collaborate with other Bulk departments and vendors, as well as lead system upgrades, and establish procedures. You will also be team lead for a crew of highly skilled OT Engineers.

Some of your main areas of responsibility will include:

• System Management: Manage and optimize Bulk's data center systems, ensuring alignment with standards and sustainability goals.
• System Improvement: Enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security while addressing performance issues proactively.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure systems meet operational and strategic needs.
• Project Leadership: Oversee projects for system upgrades, integrations, and developments.
• Procedures & Training: Establish guidelines and train teams to effectively use and maintain systems.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you are analytical and solution oriented, with a structured approach to technical challenges. You aim for an innovative approach and a proactive mindset.

We also believe you have: 

• Experience in operating and developing systems for data centers or other technical infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of data center technology and operations, including networking, cooling, power supply, and security.
• Expertise in system administration, integration, and automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for data center operations.
